PAS circuit board:

Bafang/8FUN BBS01B/BBS02B/BBSHD PAS circuit for replacement

If you bafang  BBS01B/BBS02B/BBSHD motor can not work with pedal,

but it can work with throttle,maybe you should replace the PAS circuit board.
